Really good Amenities and Quality
comfortable bed high quality garden courtyard
The bathroom impressed me with its high quality and cleanliness. There were nice touches, for example books and standard tea and coffee facilities. The bed provided great comfort. there was plenty of room and a nice bright view looking onto a garden courtyard. Food options were very good. I sampled the cream tea, breakfast, and an evening meal .
I noticed the outdoor lights at night are quite bright. They shone around the edge of the window despite the curtains.

The room featured a large bed with quality linens, and the blackout curtains ensured darkness. The climate control system maintained a consistent temperature. I found ample storage in the closet and appreciated the well-lit vanity area.

The facility offered convenient access to nearby attractions. There were well kept walking paths surrounding the hotel, and parking was plentiful. Signage to the hotel from the main road was clear and easy to follow.

wonderful stay
convenient location great detail excellent ambiance
the location was convenient for visiting local family the room had great attention to detail i loved the barn style look with exposed brick and yorkshire tweed colors the ambiance was excellent throughout the hotel.
at night the lights outside are very bright they shine in around the edge of the window despite the curtains and blackout blind the unnatural light kept me awake.

Decent Hotel, but Some Issues
breakfast inclusion payment query
The hotel itself is nice, but breakfast was a miss. I was asked about the time I wanted it, only to be told the next morning I hadn't paid for it? It seems odd to pay so much for a room and not have breakfast included. A hotel this upscale shouldn't be so cheap. The breakfast payment thing was annoying.

The bathroom had a separate bathtub and a walk-in shower. I also appreciated the plentiful hot water and big, fluffy towels. The room included fresh milk and bottled water in the fridge. It was a nice touch.
The hospitality tray in the room was a little sparse.

high price missing extras
the architecture and fittings were to a high standard and tasteful.
i stayed one night for a party at the hotel and i thought that i can't see how the rooms can be priced at over £200. there were no extras in the room, such as robes or wide selection of teas. the bed was huge but there was only one chair in the room for 2.

the room was super clean. i had a sofa in my family room. fresh milk was provided in the fridge. bottled water was also available.
